Gunrock is the beloved official mascot of the UC Davis Aggies and a spirited symbol of Aggie pride. His story dates back more than a century to a Thoroughbred named Gun Rock, who arrived at UC Davis in 1921 as part of the U.S. Army’s horse-breeding program. 

Today, Gunrock can be found bringing energy and enthusiasm to Aggie sporting events, campus traditions and community celebrations. More than just a mascot, Gunrock represents the history, tradition, spirit and one-of-a-kind character that make UC Davis and its Aggie community special.

Champion Aggies Club

The Champion Aggies Club is the central fundraising organization for UC Davis Athletics, bringing together alumni, fans, parents and supporters to invest in the success of Aggie student-athletes. Gifts to the Champion Aggies Club provide critical resources that enhance the student-athlete experience, including scholarships, travel, Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, and other athletics priorities. By uniting Aggie supporters under one organization, the Champion Aggies Club helps provide UC Davis student-athletes with the resources they need to excel in competition, in the classroom and in life.

The frame is a matte finished black wood that is roughly 1” deep. The acrylic glass is UV coated and the end result is a framed print that is roughly 14x18 inches.

My Hand My Cause captures highly detailed, artistic hand photographs of celebrities. These are notable people from the worlds of Sport, Music, Movies, Art, Medicine, Science and more — people who are leaders in their fields and working to make our world better along the way.

We use these unique photos to raise money by selling high quality, life size prints of each celebrity's hand along with their printed signature and date it was shot. We offer the print in exchange for a $162 donation ($260 for Limited Edition prints) with the net proceeds going to the charity chosen by, and associated with, that celebrity.

It does not purport to reflect the actual printing, framing & packaging costs associated with producing and delivering a fine art, archival, framed print to your location.  However, regardless of actual printing & packaging costs, $75 of the proceeds from the sale of each $162 print ($150 of each $260 Limited Edition print) will be donated to the charity chosen by, and associated with, such celebrity. In addition, MHMC is a 501c3, and our expenses that are included in the final cost may be tax deductible. This is addition to the potential tax deductible donation made to the school's Foundation. Please note: One of the schools (UC Davis) is having us run our program through their licensing management company.
